2018 Nissan Z
Not a lot is known about Nissan’s next Z-car. Early in December of 2014, Nissan’s vice president and international head of marketing, Roel de Vries, hinted that the 370 Z’s follower might have a range of engines, depending upon an offered market. Then, a week later, word spread that the next Z-Car would be launched as a convertible (they were calling it “The Z”) and would most likely have a 2.0-liter, turbocharged, hybrid engine. We’re wanting to see the main launching of the next Z by 2018, but till then let’s take a look at our rendering and exactly what we hope to see when it makes an official launching in the coming years.
2018 Nissan Z Exterior
As you can see, we think the 2018 Nissan Z will be low slung, and similar to the 370Z, simply smaller sized. In advance, you’ll recognize a grille similar to what we see on the 2016 Nissan Sentra, but for the Z, we’ve broadened on it a bit. Rather of a thin, flat-V-shaped divider, the grille embraces a broader divider with are vents on the sides and a big Nissan symbol right in the middle. The headlights are likewise of a similar design, however the external points– the ones that point toward the side mirrors– those are longer and more noticable, offering the car a sportier set of eyes compared to the Sentra.
2018 Nissan Z Interior
I believe Nissan is anticipating a lot out of its next Z-car, so I believe the interior will be reminiscent of the 2014 to 2015 370z Nismo, however a little better. The infotainment screen display will be of the touchscreen type, with most infotainment works done on screen– leaving no need for the control board below the screen on the 370Z. I suspect we’ll see the same Z-branded wheel, but it will be enhanced by a sleeker design and, by the time it is launched, it may even consist of some touchscreen controls itself. I presume the seats will also be a combination of leather and Alcantara, but remember that is only early-on speculation. As far as we know, the next Z-car is stated to slot prior to the 370 and 350zs, so it will most likely come at a lower rate– eventually leading to a less glamorous cabin.
2018 Nissan Z Engine
It needs to be noted, the 2018 Nissan Z will be smaller sized and lighter, that V-6 might be softened a lot more and still supply 0-to-60 miles per hour times in the five- to six-second range. Of course, Nissan could establish an entire brand-new V-6 for the next Z-car and if that holds true, who knows what we’ll see under the hood. In any case, I do not believe the brand name will let us down with the decision they make. We just need to wait until the time pertains to see exactly what they create.
2018 Nissan Z Release Date and Price
The brand-new Z is anticipated to land in display rooms by 2018, with the base model priced in the low-$30,000 range and the twin-turbo nearing $50K.
